What WhiteOak replaces

Your ERP tells you what happened.
WhiteOak tells you what's about to go wrong.

External Budget Consultants

Your ERP is a record-keeping system. WhiteOak is an intelligence layer — catching anomalies, flagging risks, and surfacing exceptions before they become problems.

Manual Board Prep

20–40 hours per board meeting assembling reports from spreadsheets. WhiteOak generates a complete, formatted board packet in seconds.

After-the-Fact Audits

Audit findings that cost $22K–$40K to remediate. WhiteOak's exception engine catches anomalies the day they occur — before they become findings.

Common questions

Everything you need to know

Is there a free trial?
Yes — we offer a 30-day pilot with full access and your real data. Most districts use the pilot to demonstrate ROI internally before moving to a full subscription.
What ERP systems do you support?
Tyler Munis, Frontline Escape, Alio, WinCap, and any ERP that can produce a CSV export. If your ERP isn't listed, contact us — we build custom integrations.
Are there per-user or per-building fees?
No. $5,000/month is flat regardless of how many users you add or how many buildings are in your district. Add the superintendent, every principal, and the board — there's no additional cost.
How long does implementation take?
Under 30 minutes for initial setup. The $7,000 implementation fee covers full ERP integration, data mapping with your chart of accounts, staff training, and go-live certification. Most districts are live the same week they sign.
How does data get into WhiteOak?
We provide your IT team with SFTP credentials tied to your district. They configure a nightly export from your ERP to drop files to that path. The platform picks them up automatically at 6am EST and data is live by 7am — without any manual steps.
Is our financial data secure?
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256). Each district's data is fully isolated at the database level using Row-Level Security — no district can access another's data under any circumstances. We sign a BAA on request.

Ready to see it with your own data?
